Villa Cancellation and Use Policy

Villa Occupancy and Use

Any occupancy or use of the Villa beyond normal residential use must be pre-authorized by the owner.
The prices shown are for residential occupancy purposes only. Any alternative events or additional occupancy are chargeable separately. Prices are available upon request.
We ask that you respect the Villa and treat it as you would your own home. Please can instances of damage or breakages be reported immediately (accidental or otherwise); these may be chargeable at the owner’s discretion.
Check-in time is from 15.00 on the date of arrival. Check-out time is before 11.00 on the date of departure. Late checkout may be possible, subject to availability.

Payment and Deposit

A 30% deposit is payable upon booking and will secure your reservation. The balance is payable 7 days before your arrival date. All payments are via bank transfer.
The prices shown are for residential use of the entire Villa and grounds.
All facilities and taxes are included in the price shown.
All prices and payments are in Euro.

Cancellation

If bookings are canceled more than 14 days prior to the date of arrival, the full 30% deposit will be refunded.
The 30% deposit payment is non-refundable for cancellations within 14 days of arrival date.
If cancellation is within 14 days of arrival or a no-show, the full amount of the original booking will be charged.

Payment and cancellation policy, as included in our Terms and Conditions, are applicable to all direct bookings.
